Beyond graduating with his law degree with honors, Trask is also a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College which is considered to be the most renowned and selective trial advocacy school in the country. Trask has also achieved the highest Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbel of AV; the highest possible rating that can be given by alike colleagues. In addition, Tom Trask has also been awarded with a selection as a member into the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
Tom Trask was a partner at Chesin & Walbert from 2002 until recently when he decided to spearhead his own law practice representing plaintiffs in a myriad of personal injury and wrongful death cases. Trask has worked with plaintiffs in fighting for their rightful victories in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, trucking accidents, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, bus accidents, products liability, premises liability, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and paralysis and more. Trask has handled cases throughout the State of Georgia in both state and federal courts as well as on appeal before the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Presently, Tom Trask is an active member of a variety of legal associations such as the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, Atlanta Bar Association, Lawyers Club of Atlanta, and the State Bar of Georgia. He is also dedicated to his philanthropic endeavors and has raised money for several charities such as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
